K-INN Tech has developed an innovative device to reduce fine particulate matter (PM) emissions from domestic pellet stoves.
Thanks to its pellet flow regulation technology, the company has optimized the combustion process, significantly improving air quality and the sustainability of household stoves.
The new electromechanical system replaces the traditional screw feed with a non-volumetric pellet feeding device, ensuring a steady fuel flow. This reduces fluctuations in the air-fuel ratio, enhancing combustion efficiency and lowering emissions. In experimental tests, K-INN Tech’s technology demonstrated the ability to:
• Halve PM concentration by 52%, from 29 to 14 mg/Nm³
• Reduce CO emissions by 50%, from 186 to 100 ppm.
These results, achieved through a patented innovation (patent no. 102024000006382), highlight how K-INN Tech's technology has the potential to revolutionize the pellet stove market, offering consumers an eco-friendly yet cost-effective solution.
